Loyalty Award Services places the highest importance on protecting the privacy of our customers. Our most important asset is our relationship with you. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when using our website. The following principles and privacy statement govern our information practices. Throughout this policy, we refer to information that personally identifies you as "personal information".

We Protect Your Information

At Loyalty Award Services, we are passionate about safeguarding your personal information. We protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information by using industry-recognized security safeguards such as firewalls, together with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Whenever we ask for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, we encrypt it as it is transmitted to us.

We do not retain credit card numbers on our site.

For the purpose of some Special Offers, we request -- but do not require -- that you provide your United Mileage Plus Member Number. It is used ONLY to assure that we can award your miles to you.

We do not share your United Mileage Plus Member Number with any associate or third parties.

By providing your Mileage Plus Member Number to us, it confirms your eligibility and allows us to award your bonus miles automatically when your transaction (mortgage, real estate, or move) closes and your base miles are processed. If you do not provide the Mileage Plus Member Number, you will need to request your bonus award miles after your transaction closes through your service provider. Miles will be credited after eligibility for the bonus offer has been confirmed.

We Tell You How We Use Your Information

When we ask you for information, it will be clear how the information you provide to us will be used. For example, when you provide us information for participation in a special promotion, we ask you for your name and contact information such as mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information is used for the sole purpose of Loyalty Award Services to contact you with respect to your inquiry, program participation and eligibility for an award.
